Its my season of Overflowing Blessings (4)

Brethren, blessed be the Lord for His faithfulness in every way; and for the breakthroughs, blessings and wonderful testimonies of the past week. Surely, the Lord in the midst of us is strong and mighty. To Him alone be all the glory. His precious name will be praised forever and ever, Amen!

Beloved, before this Season of Overflowing Blessings ends, the Lord will make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you (Num 6:25). Whatever is a concern to you today will become a testimony in Jesus name. Remember, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, haven become a curse for us… that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the gentiles in Christ Jesus… (Gal 3:13-14). Beloved, only God has the final say; so, it is important that we hear, believe, and obey the voice of the Lord in order to obtain the promise.

Brethren, when God wants to make His blessing to overflow in someone’s life, He sometimes asks him or her to do something (that looks stupid). But over the years, I have come to the understanding that God will never ask anyone to do what He knows that he or she cannot do. Also, God will never ask you to do what will harm or kill you. Beloved, as it is written, Today, if you will hear His voice do no harden you heart as a rebellion (Heb 3:15). In this Christian race, always remember that to obey is better than sacrifice… (1 Sam 15:22). So, “Whatever He says to you, do it” (John 2:5).

Beloved, obeying God’s voice provokes Overflowing Blessings – as in the case of Abraham (Gen 22:1-18); the widow of Zarephath (1 Kings 17:1-16); and the widow whose husband left so much debt (2 Kings 4:1-7). No more excuses, we must diligently obey the voice of he Lord our God (Deut 28:1). As we do so, our threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats overflow with new wine and oil (Joel 2:24). Shalom!
